Hey girl,
select profile from top, it will open up to where you cange your user name and that stuff, but you want to change your avatar, to do that there will be a some options right undert the current home, calendar, FAQ, search etc. line it will state change avatar, from there you add your image using the direct link, i use photobucket. I hope this helps I'm not real good at giving directions.
